I've been practicing for 2 years now and I would like to practice for years down the line. Eventually I would like to own my own Day Spa where others can do the work, I would definitely say maybe five more years.

What advice would you give to someone who wants to be a Masseur?

Definitely go to school for it and learn actual modalities, and pursue continuing education because it can be exciting and it open you up to more people as far as clientele goes. And if you go to school buckle down because you're going to need the time to study because it's so much material to know. And take it serious and believe in yourself.

Absolutely. I have been embraced and supported by people from all over Michigan.

Learning anatomy and physiology was really a headache. lol But in time I realized how important it is to know these things. Especially to be considered a good massage therapist.
