I've seen Karmen twice (before all the lockdowns) when I had work in her area. She is very easy to talk to, gave good directions, and I was completely at ease on her bed and under her hands.

While she was very intuitive, she also would ask about pressure and whether she was hitting all the right spots.

I would definitely recommend Karmen, especially for a first time.
